Clarke Bell is a Manchester-based firm of licensed insolvency practitioners providing company liquidation and insolvency advice to directors, business owners and accountants across England and Wales.
Founded in 1994, the firm has handled more than 5,500 company liquidations, specialising in Members' Voluntary Liquidations (MVLs) for solvent companies and Creditors' Voluntary Liquidations (CVLs) for insolvent businesses.
Led by Senior Partner John Bell, the firm also conducts research into UK company liquidation trends, including the relationship between solvent company closures and changes to business taxation.
Clarke Bell's insolvency practitioners are licensed and regulated by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW).
